Shipping policy
Made to order Every print and frame is custom printed and made to order especially for you. Please allow 5–14 working days for production before your order is dispatched.
Order processing All other orders are processed within 1–5 working days (this excludes made-to-order items, see above).
You'll receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been processed, and a tracking number once it's out for shipping.
Shipping — South Africa
- Major centres: 3–10 working days
- Outlying areas: up to 14 working days
Tracking information will be sent to your email address as soon as your parcel has shipped.
Shipping — International
Delivery can take up to 15 working days from the date your tracking number is issued.
International shipping is charged at a standard rate for parcels up to 2.5kg, with the exact cost depending on your location.
Please note
- Address accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before ordering. Parcels returned to sender due to incorrect information are not eligible for a refund; however, we're happy to redeliver at the customer's expense.
- Missed deliveries: If a delivery is missed, we will arrange redelivery at the customer's expense.
- Customs & import duties: International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by their receiving country. These are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
