Refund policy

KALM adheres to the regulations outlined in the CPC of South Africa and aims to provide our customers with the best and fairest service possible. Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will provide a full refund.

~ All pieces are custom and made to order. Therefore, we offer no exchanges or returns, and all items are non-refundable.

~ Orders that are placed incorrectly or mistakenly and are manufactured are not refundable or exchangeable. Kalm is not liable for items delivered that were not intended to be ordered.

 

REFUND POLICY

~ If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. All you must do is contact us at Kalmliving23@gmail.com with some photos and your number and we arrange this for you.
~ If you would like to cancel your order, this may be possible by contacting us before the production of the item has started and will be refunded.
~ Every print is specially made to order for you, therefore I am unable to offer exchanges and returns. Please be sure to read the description and any size charts provided carefully before ordering.
